Water

Water is the most important nutrient our bodies need to survive. Our organs need enough water to function properly. The same goes for our muscles, tissue, tendons, ligaments etc. When our bodies don't have enough water our muscles get stiff our mind gets foggy and our bodies get sluggish and slow with low energy. You can meet your bodies needs daily by taking your body weight and dividing that number by 2 and drinking that number in ounces of water every day plus any water that you might sweat out throughout the day. Start early and start strong and you'll find it easier to apply this important daily habit. You will be making more frequent trips to the bathroom but all for the better helping you keep moving functioning well and feeling great!
